2.) Kavanaugh came off like the whiney, little, lying, entitled, white-privileged, frat-boy bitch he so obviously is (https://www.youtube.com...). So ridiculous was Judge Kavanaugh’s unhinged testimony that Saturday Night Live was compelled to parody Kavanaugh’s embarrassing act in less than 2 -days – talk about “this sh-t writes itself!” – (https://www.youtube.com...)!

#2 above raises several very important issues about Kavanaugh. First, there’s the question of whether or not Kavanaugh has the temperament to even be on the Supreme Court (https://www.msn.com...). I’m pretty sure the court doesn’t need an out-of-control, hysterical, narcissistic, man-child with a severe persecution complex (especially when he doesn’t get his way)! Sorry, that job’s taken! We already have one of those in the White House.

Second, Kavanaugh seems patently (insanely?) anti-Democratic Party; suggesting a crazy Dem conspiracy theory (sans even an ounce of evidence), an “Orchestrated Political Hit.” Apparently, in Kavanaugh’s fevered brain they, all the Dems and everybody on the left, are clearly out to get him (https://www.youtube.com...)! This extreme anti-Dem attitude calls into question whether or not Kavanaugh is even capable of making a fair, impartial decision, regardless of evidence, the law, or the Constitution, in cases where one of the two sides is a Democrat or the issue addressed is important to Dems (https://www.youtube.com...).

I'm pretty sure Kavanaugh would agree. In 2015 Kavanaugh told the Catholic University of America, "“A good judge, like a good umpire, cannot act as a partisan...If you are playing the Yankees, you don’t want the umpires to show up wearing pinstripes.” After listening to his totally crazy attack-rant of the Democratic Party I can't imagine anything less than patisan, anti-Dem decisions from Kavanugh going forward.

Lastly and in closing, Kavanaugh lies like the proverbial “rug.” This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact (https://www.leahy.senate.gov...). Google any of the euphemisms published in his year book; “Devil’s Triangle,” “Boof,” and “FFFFFFourth of July” (https://www.cbsnews.com...), for instance, or, perhaps most disturbing, “Renate Alum,” which pretty much every guy (and most gals) understands all too well and, no, it’s not an acknowledgment of Renate’s dancing skills or willingness to hold-hands on even a first date (https://www.youtube.com,,,).

Sure, being totally honest about this stuff would have been painful but being honest is critical to establishing your credibility for everything that comes next (http://www.chicagotribune.com...).

Like when Kavanaugh says “I got into Yale Law School. I had no connections there. I got in there by working my butt off," never acknowledging that his parents were a lobbyist and a judge and that he went to one of the most expensive prep schools in the District of Columbia (D.C.) Area. I, and most other people I know, wouldn’t exactly consider that less than at least a slight advantage over pretty much everybody else. Even the Jesuits and basically every legal institution is abandoning Kavanaugh at this point (https://www.msn.com...).

But there’s more! Also, Kavanaugh’s testimony about his connections to Yale, or lack thereof, is a bold-faced provable lie on it’s face, “...no connections...”, huh?: Kavanaugh was a legacy; his grandfather went to Yale (https://theintercept.com...). Talk about an etitled prick!

Before closing, allow me to share this from the Model Code of Judicial Conduct Rule 1.2 - from the American Bar Association: A judge shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the independence,* integrity,* and impartiality* of the judiciary, and shall avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety.

The fact is that Brett Kavanaugh is a f-cking liar, probably a rapist and an all-around horrible person who should not sit on the United States Supreme Court or any court. Hopefully, when the Dems take back the House they will impeach him whether he still sits on the Appeals bench or the Supreme Court.
